Ava has had a life of hardships and knockbacks. Her life story is the basis for the book The Mango Girl, with a film to be made on her life journey this year. She shares this within this podcast. She also gives huge insights into other strands of life, including coaching others to get the most out of themselves and her advice as someone who has suffered mental health problems.
