NI Workshops
HIP Psychology’s NI Workshops offer tailored, high-impact sessions designed to meet the unique needs of Primary, Post Primary, and staff audiences. For Primary students, our workshops focus on building foundational social and emotional skills, while our Post Primary sessions address the more complex challenges of adolescence, such as managing stress, improving performance, and fostering positive behaviour. For staff, we provide professional development workshops that support well-being, work-life balance, and effective classroom management. Each workshop is crafted to empower participants with practical strategies for success in both their personal and professional lives.
ROI Workshops
HIP Psychology’s ROI Workshops are designed to meet the diverse needs of Primary, Secondary, and staff groups. For Primary students, we focus on nurturing key social and emotional skills, while our Secondary workshops tackle the unique pressures of adolescence, including stress, performance, and behaviour. Our staff workshops offer valuable support in areas like well-being, work-life balance, and classroom management. Each session is carefully crafted to provide practical insights and strategies that empower individuals to excel both personally and professionally.
