Anti-Bullying Week Megathon Extravaganza

Decrease bullying behaviour. Lower levels of false accusations. Manage conflict.

Pupils will leave this interactive workshop with a clear understanding of what bullying behaviour is and what it is not. This will help reduce such hurtful incidents and minimise time spent investigating false accusations.

Children's Mental Health Week Megathon: FEB

We will help children to experience, identify, and manage emotions. This promotes the language needed to build their emotional development, allowing children to normalise negative emotions and give them the tools to navigate them.

Tackling Anxiety: Mar

This workshop will explore different types of anxiety, increase awareness of its effects on the body and mind, and normalise anxiety as a common experience. Pupils will also receive a toolkit with four evidence-based strategies to manage and overcome anxiety effectively.
