Relationships

Making new friends can often be the primary concern for Year 8 students. We emphasize how this is one of the most exciting aspects of 'big school.' We delve into the 'how' of making friends in new settings, engaging students in interactive activities. Through games like 'mind melt,' we showcase the power of finding common interests. Lastly, we draw parallels between a new class and a sports team, exploring real-life scenarios to highlight qualities that students can bring to their new team.
