We firstly explore the psychological relationship between environment and behaviour and focus on four environmental tips that lead to maximum productivity.
Next, we uncover the efficacy of shorter work intervals in enhancing brain function and productivity. We demonstrate how breaking tasks into manageable "bursts" can significantly boost efficiency.
