  3. Buddy Up High Discount Package: Schools can partner in pairs or trios to avail of additional discounts.

For options 2 and 3, each school signs up once (refer below for the sign-up process). For 2 and 3 you can choose to use multiple themes to spread your classes across.

All communication, including pre-workshop and post-workshop information, is sent to the lead teacher, who then disseminates it to the relevant teachers of the participating classes. If signing up multiple classes to the same theme, it is advisable to spread across different time slots

Pre-Workshop: We conduct sound checks in the week leading up to each themed workshop to ensure a high-quality experience for your pupils. Zoom links and bite-sized staff and parental videos are sent out ensuring a. school wide community approach.

Workshop Day: The Zoom room opens 15 minutes before the scheduled time. We recommend signing in early to avoid last-minute stress. We often integrate a Kahoot quiz within our workshops, so ensure devices are ready. Have worksheets printed in advance. For any issues on the day, contact our email helpline at support@hippsychology.com. We strive to resolve issues promptly, ensuring no one misses out on the intended experience.

Post-Workshop: Our goal is to assist you in fostering a culture of well-being and positive behaviour in your classroom. Post-workshop tasks for both the classroom and home are provided to reinforce core teachings. Fun competitions are also introduced for further reinforcement.
