The “Level Up: Transitioning to Year 11 and Crushing GCSEs” workshop is designed to equip students with the skills and mindset needed for a successful Year 11 and outstanding GCSE performance. The workshop focuses on effective study techniques, efficient time management, and stress reduction strategies.
Year 12: Peak GCSE Exam Performance
Our workshop draws from five years of experience working with the Ulster Rugby Academy, where we honed psychological skills tailored for professional athletes. Now, we’re bringing those techniques to students, guiding them through the exam journey.
Our goal? To make learning enjoyable and empowering. By the end of our workshop, students will walk away with key strategies to enable them to go into exams with confidence, clarity and in control.
The Truth about vaping
An interactive workshop that uncovers why vaping appeals to teenagers and how companies target young people through psychology and marketing. Students learn about the risks of vaping, develop strategies to resist peer pressure, and leave empowered to challenge misinformation and make confident, informed choices
