Not all stress is bad. Through research and light-hearted insights (including a nod to Billy Connolly), we explore how some stress can fuel performance when managed well.
Control the Controllables
Using relatable school examples, we help staff focus on what they can influence reducing overwhelm and promoting a calmer, more resilient mindset.
Hunt The Good
Staff reflect on last year’s wins in small groups, using a proven method to boost optimism and resilience.
We also show how this same principle can be used with pupils to build a more optimistic, resilient classroom culture, something we’ve seen work wonders in schools we’ve supported
