STRESS MANAGEMENT & RESILENCE
WORKSHOP 2
Support the emotional wellbeing of your staff whilst building up team spirit
This engaging workshop is designed to strengthen staff connection and promote a healthier work-life balance. Blending practical tools with real-life school examples, we explore how working collaboratively can ease pressure, spark motivation, and improve outcomes across the school. Staff will take part in reflective activities and walk away with realistic, evidence-based strategies to manage their energy, support each other.
Themes of The Workshop
Uncover and Play to Your Strengths
Resilience grows when we know and use our strengths. In small groups, staff help each other identify what they do best, building confidence and connection. We also share how a variation of this approach can be used to enhance pupil development in the classroom
Work Smarter Together
A fun, hands-on activity shows how support boosts resilience and wellbeing. Staff reflect on how small, positive actions can lift others and strengthen the whole team.
Keep Your Table Stable
Using the three-legged table analogy—work, health, and social life—we explore how balance supports wellbeing. Staff set simple, personal goals to help protect their energy and embracing the idea that sometimes you need to be selfish to be selfless
Uncover Your Why
At the heart of motivation is our personal “why.” We guide staff to discover their own purpose before sharing our belief in education’s “why”—to shape and change lives. This is brought to life via a powerful clip that inspires staff with renewed meaning and purpose.
*Schools have the option to take part in both the Term 1 and Term 2 staff development workshops. Schools booking both sessions will receive 10% off their second workshop—a great way to invest in consistent, year-round staff wellbeing and save on cost.*
