Junior Cycle
First – Third Year
First Year: Ready For Action
Our engaging ‘Ready for Action’ workshop equips First Year students with essential skills to forge friendships, stay organised, and confidently tackle new challenges. This fun, interactive 60-minute session will ignite their enthusiasm and prepare them to face any obstacles in their new school environment.
First Year - Second Year: Tackling Anxiety
Our “Tackling Anxiety” workshop delves into the concept of anxiety, aiming to provide clarity on its nature and prevalence. We reassure students that feeling anxious is a common experience, emphasising its normalcy. Exploring the physiological and psychological effects of anxiety, we shed light on how it impacts both our bodies and minds
First Year - Third Year: Anti-Bullying:
Pupils will gain a clear understanding of what constitutes bullying behaviour and the conditions necessary for bullying to occur. Additionally, students will grasp the impact of falsely accusing someone of bullying, recognising the potential harm it can cause.
Third Year: Peak GCSE Exam Performance
Our workshop draws from five years of experience working with the Ulster Rugby Academy, where we honed psychological skills tailored for professional athletes. Now, we’re bringing those techniques to students, guiding them through the exam journey.
Our goal? To make learning enjoyable and empowering. By the end of our workshop, students will walk away with key strategies to enable them to go into exams with confidence, clarity and in control.
